This is a serious post , unlike my comedy stuffs you have seen before
First of all, this post is about self defence
how to punch and i dont want anyone getting injured so try at your own risk
Be safe and keep smiling
Watever i am going to say is not new,
lots of ppl have said this but i ll try to say it in a easy manner
When you are involved in a road side fight
let your opponent get to you first,
if u get locked in a punch, its fine
it ll be just a boost for you(stamina is needed)
then remember this " DONT BE IN HURRY"
Everytime, someone hits you, you try to hit them fast
so you lose your self with the anger
anger is common and it is surely needed but it should to
given out at the right moment
if you are calm while your opponent is in fury
then the fight is urs for sure
What I Practice:
I practice with a candle
i light a candle and place it in a 1 and half feet distance
and then try to punch near it
you should blow the candle off with the air which passes through
when your hand moves
[some ppl get dislocation of bones if they dont have the strength
so pls see through it]
and then i use mirror as an opponent and try punching
and i use water punching to increase the movement of my hand
you should be fast in a way that the water in a bucket you hit should be kinda
solid
and take your hand back
Next,
In a Road Side Fight, there are no rules, its just about having the courage to fight
there maybe 5 guys and you are standing alone
its not a big deal
if you hit one guy and if he bleeds, the next will be afraid to come near you
and its not a movie, here a guy who gets hit doesn't come again to you but the hit should be solid
Impo Thing, Dont show your fear
i personally recommend you not to fight since it is a damage for both sides
and it has lots of side effects
but when you or someone you love needs help
just remember the impo things
rest will happen on its own
Like Bruce Lee said
"Fight is an combination of control and emotions, your legs and hands are the extended version of your mind, control and emotions together , it is art"
